Architecture

Hosting	Serverless on AWS, Ireland (EU). Low cost, EU data protection.
CI/CD	Fully automated: every change is tested and deployed to AWS serverless by the pipeline.
Services	An AI engine (sources → maps) and a backend (vault, users, APIs).
Privacy	We log the shape of AI output, never its content, unless users opt in.
Connectors	In development: Notion, Evernote, Google Docs, Microsoft Whiteboard.
Quality	Unit and end-to-end tests on every build. Snyk scans every build; no critical or high issues allowed.

1. Design system first. Shape the feature for every surface.
2. Idea. From the public backlog (user-voted) or our own.
3. Spec, together. People and an AI agent iterate on the spec on purpose, until the team's shared judgement is written into it.
4. Build, together. People steer, the agent builds, and we iterate until the design and the code reflect what the team agreed.
5. Live. Early-access users get it; everyone who followed the feature gets an email.

People work with the agent, not for it.
The agent speeds things up. The team's collective wisdom is what ends up in the spec, the design and the code.

Design and brand

Every screen should feel like these five qualities. When a choice is unclear, pick the option that serves them.

• Joyful Delight lives on the canvas, never in the way of the work.
• Spatial Ideas have places. You step inside one and back out.
• Visual Visuals are the stage; text is the stagehand.
• Gradual reveal The overview first; detail blooms in when asked.
• Fresh Whole spectrum colors. No gradients, no glassy cards, no "AI" sparkle.

Our words. We say a Visualli (one map), the vault, idea, step inside / back out, go deeper, map it and bring.
Never diagram, workspace, bubble, drill down, generate, upload or "AI generated".
