💬 From one-off utility to daily habit

The ask

People come to Visualli® when something is new:
❝If something is new and I don't know anything about it, then I tend to use Visualli.❞

What turns a great first map into a reason to come back every day?

Context

  • ✅ The first experience lands: users praise speed, the UI and connections.
  • ⚠️ But "map a new topic" is an occasional need.
  • 💶 The model depends on a vault subscription people keep paying for.
  • 🧠 Coming back to a map is our promise (the forgetting curve). We haven't designed the return trip yet.
  • ❓ No retention data yet.

Options we see

Option Why it could work What it costs
A Spaced review.
The vault resurfaces a map just before you'd forget it.
Follows straight from our forgetting-curve story. New surface and notifications. Could feel like homework.
B Be where learning happens.
Browser extension on every article (planned), plug-in in every AI chat (in the making).
The habit already exists. Spread thin across surfaces.
C A living vault.
New sources grow existing maps; maps link over time.
Value compounds; leaving gets costly. Hard AI problem. Slow to pay off.
D Share loop.
A shared map opens in a free viewer and brings in a new learner.
Growth and return visits in one. The free viewer isn't designed yet.

Our current leaning

B and C, together. This is what we're working on now.

B: a plug-in in every AI chat. Visualli meets people where they already learn: inside Claude and ChatGPT.
C: a living vault. We're extending the sources people can bring, so their maps keep growing and become a reason to come back.

What we'd love from you

  • 📣 GTM & Positioning: Which habit do we attach to: micro-learning at work, making sense of the clutter, or deep study? Which of our segments needs it most often?
  • 🛠️ Technology & Product: Which retention signals do we measure from day one? What's "good" at our stage?
  • 🎨 Brand & Design: How does coming back feel playful, not like homework?
